Playing for third?

I'm running okay but this hurt a bit:

PokerStars Game #18213326096: Tournament #92482124, $10+$1 Hold'em No Limit - Level VI (100/200) - 2008/06/18 - 02:47:27 (ET)
Table '92482124 1' 9-max Seat #4 is the button
Seat 1: FR Vessant (5700 in chips)
Seat 4: PSYCHOLOGIE (5600 in chips)
Seat 5: olmcdonal (2200 in chips)
olmcdonal: posts small blind 100
FR Vessant: posts big blind 200
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to FR Vessant [Jc Qc]
PSYCHOLOGIE: calls 200
olmcdonal: folds
FR Vessant: checks

I could raise but we are deep and he's pretty loose.

*** FLOP *** [9c Tc 5d]

Nice. I have a huge draw and this guy will pay me off if I hit somewhat. So I'm building the pot right now.

FR Vessant: bets 400
PSYCHOLOGIE: raises 1800 to 2200

Okay. I put him solidly on top pair.

I have 21 outs vs top pair. That means I'm a huge favourite if that's what he has.

FR Vessant: raises 3300 to 5500 and is all-in

I get it in, obv.

PSYCHOLOGIE: calls 3200 and is all-in

He has AcTh. I am a 65/35 favourite and brothers and sisters, I played that hand perfectly, and have no regrets.

Uncalled bet (100) returned to FR Vessant
*** TURN *** [9c Tc 5d] [6s]
*** RIVER *** [9c Tc 5d 6s] [Ah]

Even though he did fade all 20 outs.
